A few quick answers

How does BMR decide who to remind me about?

You set a rhythm for each person (weekly, monthly, every few months). BMR keeps track quietly and lets you know when someone's been out of touch for a while. No setup beyond that.

Where is my data stored?

Your relationships and the people you add stay on your device. We don't post anything, and there's no social feed.

How do I add or remove someone?

You can add people from the app's main screen, and remove anyone from their contact page. There's a limit on how many people you can keep close, on purpose. A small circle, tended well, is the whole idea.
